| This console is very new, and has been updated with the latest software and the games are: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Batman Arkham City, Prototype, Kinect Adventures, Need for Speed Carbon, NBA 2K 10, Call of Duty World at War, and Pocketbike Racers. All of the games are in great condition and are sure to work. I will be including some batteries for the controller. The console has a Matte finish not Gloss.
